I have two beautiful children and an english bulldog.

I love learning and self development and have recently qualified as an Emotional Freedom Practictioner (Tapping) which I am really excited to offer as part of or in addition to my coaching sessions in the future.

How does my coaching work?

Through my holistic approach, my coaching sessions will empower you to overcome what is holding you back from achieving your goals and aspirations. I will support you with proven tools and techniques to achieve mental clarity and emotional control. Guide and empower you to nurture a healthier life balance. You will embark on a journey of self-discovery, and from our sessions find fulfilment and joy in any area of your life.

How many sessions may I need?

When we have a conversation together, you decide what you feel is best for you. There is no pressure to have more than one session but most clients usually have between 4-8.

How much is a 1-1 Coaching Session?

One hour session is £65.00. I offer packages for 4, 6 or more sessions when booked in a block. If you have any questions or queries please don't hesitate to book a free 30 minute discovery call where I will happily go through everything with you and answer any questions you may have.

What will I gain from working with you?

If you are struggling in any area of your life, feel discontent, stressed, out of balance in life, and wanting more clarity and direction.
